"The County Club Village apartment complex in Boca Raton has been scheduled for bankruptcy auction. Club Village LLC, managed by Fred DeFalco, filed Chapter 11 in U.S. Bankruptcy Court on Aug. 22 to stay a foreclosure judgment in county court. The foreclosure case by CF SBC Pledgor 1 2012-1 Trust, managed by CWCapital Asset Management on behalf of a securitized mortgage fund, was filed in 2012."
