A Boca Raton construction firm that's been in business for nearly two decades has filed for bankruptcy protection, citing financial challenges and ongoing legal disputes.

All Phase's attorney, Aaron Wernick of Wernick Law PLLC, told the Business Journal that the company filed for bankruptcy due to pending litigation on several matters in different courts, which has led to increasing legal expenses as well as a drain on resources.
